My name is Renee Mysliwiec and I have figured out how to have a truly

zesty beautiful life!

I would LOVE to teach you so that YOU can have a more zesty beautiful life too!

Would you like to know a secret?

(whisper, whisper....)

It starts with YOU!

and it starts from the inside out.

That's right...

Its not about what you wear, or how your hair is cut...or how much you weigh...it's about what is happening on the inside of you.

And...you know what?

Its awfully hard to find the zest in your life....IF....you don't feel good! Right?

If you are tired and sluggish and lacking energy. If you are depressed, angry, sad, bitter, or filled with resentment.

WHERE'S THE ZEST?

hmmm....

You know ....I know what that feels like.

Yep. I really do.

For many years I struggled with health issues. I felt tired and heavy, sad and depressed. I ached in every part of my body. Sometimes I felt like there was not a single bone or muscle in my entire body that didn't ache!

I had absolutely NO zest.

I was sick, in mind, body, heart, and soul. I was a wife, a mother of 7 beautiful children and several grandchildren...and I had SO much to be grateful for.

Much of the time I felt that my life was just about perfect...except for the fact that my body hurt SOOOO BAD.

MY Physical pain affected my mood...
and just about every other aspect of my life.

I didn't know how to fix the pain in my body...and neither did the doctors.

I wanted to be happy. I wanted to have energy. I wanted to experience ADVENTURE and a LOVE of life with my husband and family.
I WANTED TO TRULY LIVE and LOVE LIFE!!

But I was hurting.

I hadn't been feeling right in my body for many years. My abdomen hurt all the time, especially a deep internal pain on the right side. My feet hurt so bad I could barely walk to the mail box without tears because of the intense pain.

I was over 100 pounds overweight.
( I had never lost the 50 #'s that was left over after having my 7th child,
then, on top of that I gained over 100 pounds in less than 1 year in 2004.
This happened without changing anything in my diet,
or lifestyle...and I couldn't figure out why.)

Then, in 2009, just two months after I was diagnosed with thyroid disease (which explained SO much of what I had been experiencing in my body)...

my husband, the love of my life, left... after a 27 year marriage.

I was devastated. My heart ached more than I could ever imagine a heart aching. I wasn't just incredibly sad.
Literally, my heart felt like it was being ripped into shreds...every moment of every day!
( Maybe some of you know what that feels like?)

I felt that I finally understood what people meant when they said that someone had died of a broken heart.

I wasn't sure I would survive. I really wasn't. And to be honest...I didn't know if I wanted to.

Finally...I began to realize something...

I realized I had lost myself.

(That happens when we give so much of ourselves and we don't take time to fill up our buckets....and when we put off doing the things that "make our own heart sing!")

I wondered how I was ever going to 'find' myself ...without HIM.

I married at 18. I literally grew up...with HIM.

I wondered who I was, without him.

Who I was without the title of "wife" and "mother"...

Who was "I"...? Who was Renee...

I wondered if this was what the rest of my life was going to be like.

Feeling SO alone...

I wondered if I was ever going to be healthy again... if the pain in my heart and my body was ever going to go away.

I wondered if I was ever going to feel like living again.

I wondered what had happened to me...

WHERE DID "I" GO?

I used to be such a positive person...so filled with life and love!

I began to remember the dreams I used to have...and still did...way deep down inside my heart...

I wondered...

Could I ever accomplish all those dreams?
I knew they were sill there...

They were't dead...'cause I could feel the burning embers deep in my gut...
My soul ached for the loss of those dreams...

I wasn't sure how to pick myself back up again...I was angry with myself for forgetting who I was...

I was angry with God; constantly wondering why
He didn't help me protect my marriage...

I was angry with my husband for leaving...
always asking, "How could he give up on me? On us?"

and that wondering and worrying made me feel even more sad.

Until....finally....something switched!

Yep!

It did.

(That's a whole 'nother beautiful story for another day!)

I made a "new" decision....

I went on a journey to discover how to heal my body, my mind...and my heart.

and guess what?
I LEARNED A TON OF STUFF!!

I'd really like the opportunity to share what I learned with YOU.

I have a goal to change the lives of 100,000,000 women.

Because, I know that the woman is the "heart" of the home.

And IF a woman can create more "zest" in her own life, then she can create more zest in her families life. A ripple affect will begin to occur and pretty soon we will have generations of HAPPY ZESTY LIFE LOVIN' PEOPLE on this earth!

I believe that if we create happy Moms and Dads, then we create happy homes, happy marriages, happy children and happy families.....then...happy communities, happy States, happy Countries....and finally..

a happy ZESTY, LIFE LOVIN' WORLD!!

Can you imagine what this world could be like if people were happy...and no longer depressed?

If they could see the JOY and LIGHT and DIVINITY within them, what a difference it would make in their lives!

OH!!! I GET SO EXCITED JUST THINKING ABOUT IT!!

Now, my friends...

I've learned that sick people have a very difficult time feeling happy and creating any kind of zest for life.
